Terrible PR for England's favourite 90s role model this.

He should have ignored Mr Loophole's advice and taken his punishment like any other decent non-scumbag.

The two stories below are a copy and paste from the ‘in the courts’ section of my local newspaper.. Money talks....

LORD Nicholas Robert Anderson, 48, of New Road, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Transporter, whilst not being in full control of the vehicle due to holding a mobile phone in his right hand whilst negotiating a roundabout on April 9, 2018. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

MYLES Rey Englefield, 32, of Watson Way, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, whilst using a hand-held mobile phone on February 15, 2018. Fined £233 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

As mentioned it should be served by email or text.
Every licence / vehicle should be required to provide either or both for instant service.

Now they'll have to send all mail signed for delivery

Beckham has cost the country £Ms in further postal charges all to save himself a few bob

Never mind how many say they got the letter late.

I state your honour the case of Beckham v The Crown, and request my client is treated the same.

Argument is that it was served one day outside the statutory period.
Should be served by email or text as offence happens

Re: David Beckham speeding charge
charleyfarley 11:02 - I got stopped doing 99MPH on the M4 about 12 years ago i think, i got 5 points and £250 fine if i remember?

I think the main reason the copper wanted to do me was he said that i could have hit a deer traveling at that speed so i said i could hit one at 70MPH but as i was traveling faster i might be already ahead of the non existent deer, relatively speaking!

I have had OB put on their blues and say slow down when I've been doing 100MPH plus on the M1 etc
When i was driving back from gigs 3/4AM back in the days.
